This is an opportunity to manage the Clinical Performance of our Leicestershire team e.g. QOF and IIF, working with our Group Manager, Data Leads, Lead Nurse and Executive Team. We aim to take a data driven approach in monitoring and achieving clinical goals. You will set strategy and measure outcome, using assigned management sessions so as to maintain work-life balance.
Spirit Primary Care are looking to transform and revolutionise how services are delivered. With a focus on collaboration across our practices, the development of more effective triage services and the increased use of new technology, we will improve the experience of Primary Care for both staff and patients.
Join us on our mission to deliver a service where patients quickly and easily receive the right care from the right person, at the right time, in the right place.
This isn’t just our mission for patients, it is designed with our people in mind too, to ease the pressure of the 8am rush and demand vs. capacity!
The Role
As described above, we will track our performance against nationally established goals, with a view to standardise processes and gold standard care across our practices. The result of this work should lead to better, more streamlined patient care, reducing administrative burden and increasing uptake and ease of access to care. We have an extensive multi-disciplinary team who are keen to innovate and utilise their varied skillset. We are looking for someone to lead this team.
You will have support to facilitate your development and aspirations, whilst reporting to and being supported by our Chief Medical Officer. You will work to ensure that quality is at the heart of everything we do within the surgery, adhering to our clinical governance framework and supporting our clinical teams in providing high quality care to our patients.
We have varying sessions available, so you have the flexibility to choose sessions that work for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values their people over process, and we would love to hear from you!
The Candidate
As an experienced GP, you will motivate others to deliver high quality standardised care. You are an excellent communicator and want to make a difference – making us and you the best we can be.
